Feta Herb Dip
I’m going to make this short and sweet. Make this dip!! Feta herb dip is completely addicting. The combination of feta with herbs and the creaminess from the cream cheese. I use it as a dip and a spread!
Why I love Feta Herb Dip
I promise you you will never want to make another dip again! Kristi served this to us at our last book club. We all hovered over the bowl like a bunch of vultures. I told her I had to have this recipe! And can I please share it on my blog? She’s so sweet she said “I would love it if you shared it on your blog!” Not only is it delicious, it is so easy!! And forgiving if you don’t have the exact spice combination in the recipe add a little more of one thing or another, its always perfect.
Gather these ingredients
This dip is crazy simple, but insanely perfect for crackers and veggies, and pretzels. I also have had the notion to spread it on french bread and bake it under the broiler. I haven’t yet, but I’m pretty darn sure it would be amazing! Oh! Did I mention that Feta Herb Dip is phenomenal as a spread for sandwiches and wraps? It is! Feta Herb Dip might just be the dips to end all dips.
How to make Feta Dip
Add all the ingredients together and combine using a fork, mixer, stand mixer, or whatever does the job, combine well. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for an hour before serving to let the flavors mingle.
One of the things I love about this dip it’s a one bowl dip! Add all the ingredients to one bowl and mix. Can’t get much easier than that.
If you prefer your dips whipped, and lump free well by all means use your food processor or a beaters to get this really smooth. But I kind of prefer a lump of feta or two, like a little treasure waiting for my cracker!
This dip has turned up at every gathering since book club in May. It cannot be stopped. It’s the dip that keeps on dipping, or giving, or yumming. It’s dipOlicious!
Sorry one last dip comment…
It’s the bomb dippity!
Happy dipping, Sheila

The Stamp girls were coming over for one of our day long card making gatherings, so I made this dip…and we ate it all! We decided we liked it with the Dill and Olive Oil Triscuits and the Everything pretzels. We will meet again in 2 weeks, so I will make it again and try your notion to put it on French bread and broil it….should be interesting. Thank your friend for being willing to share this with all of us.
Seriously this dip is something else isn’t it!?! So glad you thought so too! I have not tried the dill and olive oil triscuits…I must find them!
Oh you know I’m loving this!! Pass the bowl & crackers please 🙂
It keeps well in the refrigerator too…I love snacks I can nibble on ; )
Oh how I love feta cheese – what a great idea for a dip!
I love feta too, on everything!
This dip looks like trouble … There’s a good chance I may eat the whole bowl by myself before I manage to get it on the table for a party! Can’t wait to try it. Love how simple the recipe is, too!
I know what you’re saying…I made a double batch last time!
Okay, okay, I will!!! (Make this dip, now.) 😉 Although, you definitely do not have to twist my arm!
Hahaha! I know you are going to love it! xoxo Sheila ; ) thanks for stopping by!
Whenever I hear feta dip – I imagine some hot steaming turkish bread slathered in creamy dip and I’m sold. Love it.
I love feta in dips! This will have to make an appearance at our next gathering!
Ooh yummy! I want some!!
I would take a swim in that for sure!!
You crack me up! bomb dippity! HAAA! Ps… I like treasures for my crackers too!
You had me at feta! Thank you. I’ll be trying this for the next party.
Just warning you it’s going to be a hit!
I can hardly wait to try this! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
You are very welcome. Enjoy Renee!
You had me at feta + herb + dip!!! YUM!!!
I totally had you in mind when I posted this dip….although it’s not completely healthy. My girlfriend did make it with all fat free and low fat and it was still delicious, but of course I like it better with the full on fat factor ; )
