Chicken Caesar Wrap

This chicken caesar wrap is so simple, it’s the perfect alternative to a deli sandwich for lunch or if you want to curb your teenage daughters longing for her favorite menu item at just about any restaurant these days.

chicken caesar wrap: chicken lettuce and carrot wrapped up in a tortilla shell.

My daughter ordered this Chicken Caesar Wrap at a restaurant near us. After she had it, she obsessed about it for days. She is her mother’s daughter, you know. She kept whining and begging, “Can we go back to Big O’s and get another of those Chicken Caesar Wraps? “Oh, sure, fine, daughter. I will just drop everything to go downtown to a restaurant that has no parking and get you your much-wanted Chicken Caesar Wrap.” What was on that sandwich? Chicken, lettuce, parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing, she answered. How hard could that be to make? Not very hard because I had one whipped up in the next half hour, and she was happy as a clam, even with the extra veggies I added for her health and well-being. Now I’m addicted to this sandwich wrap and also obsessing. I think I’ve had one for lunch every day for the last week!
