Buttermilk Ranch Chicken Wraps

Crunchy fried chicken wrapped up with fresh produce paired perfectly with this addicting homemade Ranch dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 pounds homemade Chicken Tenders or store bought
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 whole Cucumber diced
  • 2 whole medium Tomatoes diced
  • 6 pieces cooked Bacon crumbled
  • 8 burrito sized flour Tortilla wraps or your favorite sandwich wrap

Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh Dill or 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all the dressing ingredients together and store in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving, so the flavors have time to get happy together.  
  • Add 1 leaf romaine lettuce on wrap, place chicken on top of lettuce, then tomato and cucumber. Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle ranch dressing over sandwich ingredients.
  • Fold both ends in. Fold the bottom half of wrap up and continue to roll wrap upward, tucking in ingredients if you need to. Secure with two toothpicks, and cut in half.

Notes

Note:  Feel free to add whatever your favorite options are to the list for your wraps, avocado is one of our favorites!  Also this makes a great salad buffet.
