The chocolate chip cookie dough pieces are perfect for topping ice cream sundaes with or mixing into your homemade ice cream batter to make chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.
Cream butter and sugars together with hand mixer or stand mixer.
Measure out flour and add salt to flour. Add dry ingredients to the butter sugar mixture. Combine well.
Mix in vanilla and milk. Scrape bottom and sides of the bowl.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Take about 1/2 tsp scoops of cookie dough and place them on lined cookie sheet. When all the dough is in tiny chunks on the sheet, place the sheet in the freezer for 4 hours or until dough is frozen solid, at this time you can remove the cookie dough chunks to a zip-loc bag or plastic container.
