Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Dole chopped Sunflower Crunch Salad Kit
  • 1 5 ounce container pre washed spinach/ spring mix combo
  • 2 large oranges peel, and remove pith, and section off oranges
  • 2 cups shelled edemame
  • 1 cup poppy seed dressing
  • 4 pieces grilled chicken breast

Instructions
 

  • 1. Grill or bake chicken breasts.
  • 2. Combine all ingredients with the exception of the salad dressing. Plate combined salad ingredients, and top with sliced chicken. Serve with poppy seed dressing on the side.
