14ouncecan petite diced tomatoes with garlic and oil
4ouncesfeta cheese
1tbspchopped cilantro or basil
Instructions
Open can of tomatoes and drain liquid off, spread tomatoes in an even layer onto a plate, or serving platter.
Crumble feta cheese in an even layer over the diced tomatoes.
Clean and chop herbs, sprinkle over feta.
Serve with pita chips.
Notes
If you cannot find petite diced tomatoes with olive oil and garlic, you can substitute 1 14 ounce can of petite diced tomatoes drained + 1 minced garlic clove + 1 tablespoon olive oil.
