Equipment

  • OXO avocado slicer
  • medium sized bowl with an airtight lid
  • fork or potato smasher

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large ripe avocados
  • 1 roma tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 limes juiced approximately 3 tablespoons
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp Mortons Natures Season Salt or 1 teaspoon salt + pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut avocados in half the long way, remove the pit, and scoop the fruit out into a medium sized bowl. Mash with a fork or a potato masher to desired smoothness.
  • Squeeze lime juice over smashed avocados and mix in.
  • Add chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, and season salt, mix well to combine.
