Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole banana peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup whole milk yogurt plain or flavored both work
  • 1 cup milk oat, soy, almond all work
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in blender, with a cup of ice and blend until smooth.

Notes

This recipe can be made your own, by switching out fruits, milks, and yogurt flavors. 
You can also freeze your fruit instead of add ice.
