Peach Basil salad is the perfect summertime salad. Juicy peaches, fresh basil tossed in a lemony vinaigrette. This healthy recipe is so easy.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 peaches sliced thin, you can leave the skins on
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • fresh cracked Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toss peaches, onion, and basil together in a medium sized bowl, drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over top, add salt and pepper toss and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
