4 peaches sliced thin, you can leave the skins on 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion 1/4 cup chopped basil 1 lemon juiced 1 tbsp lemon zest 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 1 teaspoon Sea Salt fresh cracked Pepper to taste
Toss peaches, onion, and basil together in a medium sized bowl, drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over top, add salt and pepper toss and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
